PET Matte Single-Sided Paint-Effect Board with an extremely fine matte lacquer finish applied to a high quality substrate by Hanhua's advanced flat laminating machine. It not only has the soft vision and skin-friendly touch of high-grade matte quality, but also can prevent fingerprints and anti-glare. It is also a product for “deep customization”. Unlike standard models, our matte PET laminated board can be personalized from the source: you can choose from a wide range of environmentally friendly substrates (e.g., E0/E1-rated Density Board, Particle Board, or Multi-Layer Board), specify any thickness (within the range of 9mm-30mm) and size (non-standard sizes can also be cut), and customize your panel from our extensive color palette (which includes dozens of popular and classic colors such as Dignity White, Dignity Gray, Almond Curry, and Glaze Gray) or according to your preferred color. and classic colors) or according to your own color card for accurate color mixing. 1. Colors and Textures

Supports a wide range of color choices from our color cards, or come in for color mixing. Texture can be selected from solid color matte, high-gloss, brushed metal, fine gravel feeling and so on.

We provide free small samples of standard color cards. For customized color, we can pay for the sample and make a small sample for confirmation.

2. Substrate and thickness

Substrate options: MDF, particle board, high density board, etc., laminate. Thickness: 9mm, 12mm, 15mm, 18mm, 25mm, etc. Support 1mm incremental customization, free of charge to provide the common substrate/thickness of the standard product samples. Special combinations of samples can be negotiated.

3. Size and Shape

Standard size 1220x2440mm and 1220x2750mm, support customization for extra-long, extra-wide or shaped cutting. Before the production of large quantities, we can provide 1:1 drawing confirmation or material test cutting for key complex sizes.

4. Performance addition

Our paint effect PET board can be attached with special functional coatings such as enhanced scratch resistance, anti-bacterial, anti-mold, enhanced flame retardant, etc. For functionalization requirements, we can provide performance samples endorsed by third-party test reports.
