High Gloss PET Laminated MDF Boards

Our High Gloss PET Laminated MDF Boards uses medium-density fiberboard as the base, covered with imported food-grade PETG film via PUR hot melt lamination technology. 

Compared with ordinary PVC panels, it features excellent anti-yellowing performance, no plasticizer, low formaldehyde emission up to ENF/E0 standard, safe for bedroom, kids room and kitchen.

The mirror-gloss surface is stain-resistant and easy to wipe clean. Tough PETG layer resists minor scratches, flexible enough for milling handle grooves without chipping, far more impact-resistant than solid acrylic.

Matched seamless PETG edge banding delivers uniform color for handleless cabinet doors, TV cabinets, wall panels and audio studio decorative boards. Ideal for modern minimalist, cream-style residential & commercial interior projects. Stable supply, fast lead time, customizable colors & sizes.

PETG film contains no phthalates or harmful plasticizers. Formaldehyde release meets ENF/E0 international standards, no strong volatile odor during processing, much eco-friendlier than paint baking boards.

Outstanding UV resistance, no yellowing under long-term sunlight exposure, solving the biggest defect of traditional high-gloss PVC panels. Pure uniform glossy surface without uneven waves.

Dense seamless surface prevents oil, coffee, ink penetration; daily stains can be erased with a damp cloth. The flexible film won’t crack or chip after cutting, milling and edge sealing, better fragile acrylic sheet. Water barrier layer effectively reduces MDF swelling in humid kitchen space.
