Production Details

Hanhua has an independent PET lamination and pressing line, which is capable of producing 25mm thick boards stably. By strictly controlling the pressing temperature, pressure and time, it ensures a uniform and strong adhesion between the PET film and the substrate, and reduces the risk of blistering or delamination at a later stage.

During the production process, each batch of 25mm PET veneer sheet is subject to flatness inspection, surface inspection and thickness sampling to ensure that it is suitable for batch processing in furniture factories.
